My Approach
I support clients navigating Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, relationship struggles, and life transitions. These challenges may show up as perfectionism, difficulty adjusting to change, people-pleasing, or struggles with setting boundaries in relationships.
I help clients build insight into patterns driving their anxiety and behaviors, guide them in clarifying their values, and take practical steps toward change so they can make decisions guided by their values rather than fears.
I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients gradually face fears, build their ability to tolerate distress, and reduce the behaviors that are keeping them stuck in anxiety.
